Excellent service from reception. Everything works. Good choice of buffet food. Staff is excellent. Room is clean. Breakfast is good

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were very good and the restaurant was excellent

The wifi in the rooms was very slow, there was meant to be cables to connect for faster speed but not in my room

At the time of my visit the hotel Air Conditioning was not working therefore comfort in room was compromised.

the hotel is conveniently located close to the beach and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. the staff was helpful and polite.

The hotel had its downsides. the WiFi was not complimentary and the carpets in the room were worn and dirty, making it uninviting.

The room with two couple beds. I asked for a twin beds. I think I received an upgrade. At the 17 th flor , nice view.

Only one person at the reception desk. None to pick up the lugagge or the car. This one person was very busy answering phone calls, receptioning guests,etc. I arrived at 8 pm.

We had a great stay with excellent service and a good breakfast. The staff was cute and helpful, especially Alexandra at reception. We appreciated the cleanliness and hotel facilities including the ample parking and convenient transportation. The hotel was located in close proximity to the beach and this city.

The hotel had a good location close to the beach and the Macae area. Rooms were clean and well-maintained, with good soundproofing, comfortable beds, and working air conditioning. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options. the staff at the hotel were friendly and provided good service. the view from the higher floors was fantastic, providing a great backdrop for the stay.

The hotel charged for Wi-Fi connection, which added an extra cost to the already significant room charge.

Mercure Macae Apto Residencial Macae is a top-notch hotel that offers enhanced comfort and quality services. We were extremely impressed with the service provided by the staff, particularly Alexandra at reception. She was friendly, helpful, and ensured that all our needs were met during our stay.

The view from the top floor rooms was breathtaking. My partner and I enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset over the ocean. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options to fuel our busy days exploring the city. The hotel's location was perfect for us; close to the beach and local attractions. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

The carpets in the rooms were worn out and in need of replacement, which made the room feel less comfortable. we had to switch rooms due to a faulty air conditioning unit which was inconvenient.
